I worked at the Commonwealth Medical Center in Saipan for 4 yrs, On my daily commute, at lunch break, and most of my free time was spent at the beach and in the ocean. I was always in awe of the gorgeous blue water around this island. There are also some amazing Blue Starfish on the reefs. Saipan Blue is the perfect shade of Blue for Crayola.
